Dr. Michael Pratts is the medical director for Cayuga County Mental Health Center in Auburn, New York. Formerly the medical director of the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse and director of research at the PANSS Institute, Dr. Pratts received his medical degree from the University of Southern California, completed his adult psychiatry residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Bronx Psychiatric Center, and completed his fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry at SUNY Downstate Medical Center.  Dr. Pratts is published in major medical journals, including the New England Journal of Medicine and the Journal of Emergency Medicine.  Dr. Pratts is board certified in psychiatry.
